The Minister responsible for Child and Family Services, in exercise of the power conferred by section 46 of the Adoption of Children Act 2006, makes the following Order:

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Adoption of Children (Approved Jurisdictions) Order

2021.

Approved Jurisdictions

2 For the purposes of section 46(2)(b) of the Adoption of Children Act 2006, the following jurisdictions are designated as approved jurisdictions—

Jamaica Republic of Trinidad and Tobago
