ADOPTION OF CHILDREN (FEES) REGULATIONS 2014

The Minister responsible for Child and Family Services, in exercise of the power conferred by section 60(1)(g) of the Adoption of Children Act 2006, makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1 These Regulations may be cited as the Adoption of Children (Fees) Regulations

2014.

Fees

2 The following fees are payable in relation to the relevant functions, and all funds received shall be paid into the consolidated fund—

(a) a home study report completed by the Director under $2,295 section 10:

(b) a post-placement report completed by the Director under $340 section 32:

(c) an update of the home study report completed by the $85 per Director under section 32(1)(a): hour

(d) an addendum to the home study report completed by the $85 per Director: hour
