MERCHANT SHIPPING (REVOCATION) (BERMUDA) ORDER 2002 PROCLAMATION

The Governor of Bermuda, in exercise of the power conferred by article 1 of the Merchant Shipping (Revocation) (Bermuda) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/3147), an Order of the United Kingdom, makes the following Proclamation:

Citation

1 This Proclamation may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Revocation) (Bermuda) Order 2002 Proclamation.

Commencement of article 2(d) of S.I. 2002/3147

2 Article 2(d) of the Merchant Shipping (Revocation) (Bermuda) Order 2002 (which revokes the Merchant Shipping (Load Lines) (Bermuda) Order 1975) (S.I. 1975/412) comes into force on the publication of this Proclamation.
