1 This Order may be cited as the Ministry of Works And Engineering (Declaration Of Highway - Crow Lane - Westbound) Order

New road declared to be highway

2 That new road which has been constructed for use by the public, over land now in the ownership of the Government, situate partly in Pembroke Parish and partly in Devonshire Parish, which road is shown delineated and cross-hatched on Drawing No. 3/15/429 prepared by the Ministry of Works and Engineering and dated November 1991 and shown in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a highway with effect from 10 February 1992.
