MISUSE OF DRUGS (FORM OF ANALYST'S CERTIFICATE) REGULATIONS 1974

[made under sections 31 and 38 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1972 [title 11 item 4] and brought into operation on 2 February 1974]

Form of analyst's certificate

1 The certificate of an authorized analyst which may be produced as evidence in pursuance of section 31 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1972 shall be in the following form:—

"THE MISUSE OF DRUGS ACT 1972

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZED ANALYST I (Name and Address [blank]), being an authorized analyst for the purposes of section 31 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1972 state that on the [blank] day of [blank] 19 [blank] I examined (State nature of substance examined including nature of container, if any, and identification marks, if any) and I certify that the said substance— *(a) is a controlled drug namely *(b) contained a controlled drug namely [blank] in the following proportion namely [blank] *Delete where not applicable.
