The Premier, in exercise of the power conferred by section 2 of the Morgan’s Point Development Company Act 2022, issues the following Notice:

1 This Notice may be cited as the Morgan’s Point Development Company (Designation of Responsible Minister) Notice 2025.

Designation of Responsible Minister

2 The Minister with responsibility for Housing and Municipalities is designated as the Minister responsible for the Morgan’s Point Development Company as from 31 March

2025.
