MOTOR CAR (APPROVED INSTRUMENT) ORDER 2008

The Minister responsible for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 113(9) of the Motor Car Act 1951, makes the following Order:

Short title

1 This Order may be cited as the Motor Car (Approved Instrument) Order 2008.

Approved instrument

2 The Laser Lab Model 100 Tint Meter, an instrument for measuring light transmittance through a motor car’s windscreen or window, is approved as suitable for the purposes of section 113 of the Motor Car Act 1951.
