NOTICE (1992) (No. 2) OF GRANT OF LICENCE TO CARRY ON TRUST BUSINESS

[given under sections (6) and (7) of the Trust Companies Act 1991 [title 17 item 6] and published on 3 April 1992]

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections (6) and

(7) of the Trust Companies Act 1991 [title 17 item 6] (the Act) the Minister of Finance has granted a licence to carry on trust business in Bermuda to Hemisphere Trust Company Limited The Minister hereby gives notice in accordance with section 24 of the Act.
