PENSIONS (WAR SERVICE) ORDER 2007

The Minister responsible for delegated affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16A of the Pensions and Gratuities (War Service) Act 1947, makes the following Order:

Short title

1 This Order may be cited as the Pensions (War Service) Order

2007.

Fixing amount of pensions

2 The amount to be paid in respect of pensions under sections 11 and 13 of the Pensions and Gratuities (War Service) Act 1947 is fixed at $800 per month with effect from April 1, 2007.
