1 These Regulations may be cited as the Pharmacy and Poisons (Licensed Seller of Poisons) Regulations 1979.

Interpretation

3 In these Regulations — "the Act" means the Pharmacy and Poisons Act 1979 [title 11 item 5]; "Form" means Form in the Schedule.

Application for licence Form G

4 Every person who applies for a licence to sell poisons shall complete and forward to the Minister an application in accordance with Form G.

Record of licences Form H

5 The particulars relating to a licensed seller of poisons and to his place of business shall be recorded in a book kept in accordance with Form H.
