BERMUDA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT
SR&O 24/1970
[made under section 171 of the Public Health Act 1949 [title 11 item 1] and brought into operation on 1 January 1971]
As from 1 January 1971 the sale of any food intended for human consumption which contains any additive of the colouring agent known as "Ponceau MX" shall be prohibited.
