PORT HANDLING CHARGES NOTICE 1991

[made under regulation 5 of the Cargo Regulations 1964 [title 22 item 3(s)] and brought into operation on 1 November 1991] The Ports Authority in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by regulation 5 of the Cargo Regulations 1964 [title 22 item 3(s)] hereby gives the following Notice:

1 This Notice may be cited as the Port Handling Charges Notice

1991.

2. Handling charges

(1) The Ports Authority approves the rates specified in the

Schedule for handling cargo at Hamilton docks.

(2) All the rates in force prior to the date of this Notice are rescinded.

Break Bulk or less than Container Load (LCL) $0.05 per cubic foot or $0.10 per 100 lbs (which is greater) Vehicles $5.00 per vehicle Containers over the road $17.50 per container Minimum charge $5.00
