PUBLIC HEALTH (CLINICAL LABORATORIES) (ACCREDITATION BODIES) NOTICE 2008

The Minister of Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(2) of the Public Health (Clinical Laboratories) Regulations 2002, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Public Health (Clinical Laboratories) (Accreditation Bodies) Notice 2008.

Accreditation Bodies

2 The following organisations are approved accreditation bodies—

(i) College of American Pathologist

(ii) Caribbean Laboratory Accreditation Scheme

(iii) Commission on Office Laboratory Accreditation

(iv) Joint Commission International.
