Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Communicable Diseases) (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) Order 1984.

Acquired immune deficiency syndrome

2 Acquired Immune Deficiency syndrome is hereby deemed to be a communicable disease of the first category for the purposes of Part V of the Public Health Act 1949.
