PUBLIC HEALTH (COMMUNICABLE DISEASES) (BOTULISM) ORDER 1971
[made under section 67 of the Public Health Act 1949 [title 11 item 1] and brought into operation on 28 August 1971]
Botulism is a communicable disease
1 Botulism is hereby deemed to be a communicable disease of the second category for the purposes of Part V of the Public Health Act 1949 [title 11 item 1].
