Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Communicable Diseases) (Herpes Type 2) Order 1981.

Herpes Type 2

2 Herpes Type 2 is hereby deemed to be a communicable disease of the first category for the purpose of Part V of the Public Health Act

1949 [title 11 item 1].
