PUBLIC HEALTH (HOSPITALS) (ACCREDITATION BODY) NOTICE 2014

The Minister responsible for health, in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(2) of the Public Health (Hospitals) Regulations 2002, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Public Health (Hospitals) (Accreditation Body) Notice

2014.

Accreditation Body

2 The institution known as Accreditation Canada is an approved accreditation body.

Consequential amendment

3 The Public Health (Accreditation Bodies) Notice 2008 is amended in the title and in paragraph 1 by inserting after “Health” the words “(Clinical Laboratories)”.
