PUBLIC HEALTH (REGISTRATION OF HOTELS AND COMMON LODGING HOUSES) REGULATIONS 1968

[made under section 148(3)(d) of the Public Health Act 1949 [title 11 item 1] and brought into operation on 23 March 1968]

Duration of registration

1 The period during which registration of an hotel or common lodging house shall remain in force shall be one year from the date of registration.
