BERMUDA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT
PUBLIC HEALTH (RODENT CONTROL) (OCEAN-GOING SHIPS) REGULATIONS 1930 [made on 12 August 1930 under section 51 of the Public Health Act 1930 [repealed] and brought into operation on 4 May 1931]
1 The Minister may require the master, owner or agent of any ocean-going ship to take and maintain such precautions as may be necessary to prevent rats landing from the ship.
