[made under regulation 4 of the Public Health (Food) Regulations 1950 and brought into operation with effect from 31 March 1989]
Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Sale of Apples Sprayed with Daminozide Prohibition) Order 1989.
Prohibition on the sale of certain apples
2 The sale of apples sprayed or otherwise treated with Butanedioic acid mono (2,2-dimethyl hydrazide) commonly known as Daminozide is prohibited.
