Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Public Service Superannuation Act 1981 (Application) Order 1985.

Application of Act to certain other employees

2 The Public Service Superannuation Act 1981 shall apply to employees of—

(a) the Bermuda Housing Authority with effect from the first day of April, 1978;

(b) [revoked]

(c) the Bermuda Land Management Corporation (formerly the West End Development Corporation), with effect from the first day of November 1982;

(d) the Trustees of the National Sports Centre, with effect from 1 June 1994;

(e) [revoked]

(f) the CedarBridge Academy, other than teachers, with effect from 1 April 1997;

(g) the Pension Commission, with effect from 1 November, 1999;

(h) the National Certification and Apprenticeship Board, with effect from 1 December, 2000;

PUBLIC SERVICE SUPERANNUATION ACT 1981 (APPLICATION) ORDER

(i) the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation, with effect from 1 December, 2000;

(j) the Bermuda Health Council, with effect from 1 August 2009;

(k) the Financial Intelligence Agency, with effect from 15th November, 2008.
