Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the Public Works (Declaration of Highways) Order 1988.
Two Government private roads declared to be highways
2 That Government private road in Devonshire Parish known as Devon Spring Lane from its junction with Devon Spring Road to its junction with South Road and also that section of the Government private road known as Devon Spring Road north of its junction with Hermitage Road, all being delineated and coloured red on Drawing No. 3/12/66 prepared by the Ministry of Works and Engineering and dated the 10th day of November 1986 and shown in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be highways with effect from the first day of May
1988.
