QUALIFIED PERSONS (DRUG TREATMENT PROGRAMMES ASSESSMENT) NOTICE 2001 The Minister responsible for probation services, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 68(9)(c) of the Criminal Code, gives the following Notice:⎯

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Qualified Persons (Drug Treatment Programmes Assessment) Notice 2001.

Qualified Persons

2 The following persons are approved as qualified to conduct an assessment under section 68 of the Criminal Code. Karen Durham, RN; Errin Griffin, BSW; Renee Lightbourne, MSW, and any other person engaged as an assessment officer of the Bermuda Assessment and Referral Centre. Made this 1st day of November, 2001
