QUALIFIED PERSONS (PRISON PROGRAMMES ASSESSMENT) NOTICE 2001 The Minister responsible for probation services, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 70N(4) of the Criminal Code, gives the following Notice:⎯

1 This Notice may be cited as the Qualified Persons (Prison Programmes Assessment) Notice 2001.

Qualified Persons

2 The following persons are approved as qualified to conduct an assessment under section 70N of the Criminal Code: probation officers prison psychologists prison social workers prison psychiatrists assessment officers of the Bermuda Assessment and Referral Centre. Made this 1st day of November, 2001
