QUARANTINE (COMMUNICABLE DISEASE) ORDER 2020

The Minister responsible for health, in exercise of the power conferred by section 8(6) of the Quarantine Act 2017, makes the following Order:

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Quarantine (Communicable Disease) Order 2020.

Amends Schedule 1

2 In Schedule 1 to the Quarantine (Maritime and Air) Regulations 2017 (list of communicable diseases), insert in alphabetical order—

“Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)”.
