The Collector of Customs, in exercise of the power conferred by section 84(1) of the Revenue Act 1898, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Queen’s Warehouse (Bermuda Airport) Notice

2023.

Designation of premises

2 The premises described in the Schedule to this Notice is declared to be a Queen’s Warehouse.

Revocation

3 The Queen’s Warehouse (Bermuda Airport) Order 1954 is revoked.

Commencement

4 This Notice shall come into operation on 1 March 2023.

DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES COMPRISING QUEEN’S WAREHOUSE AT BERMUDA AIRPORT.

The room numbered 1512-1 in the terminal building of the L.F. Wade International Airport at 2 Kindley Field Road, St. George’s, which is clearly marked on the outside in two inch letters “H.M. THE QUEEN’S WAREHOUSE”
