The Minister responsible for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred by section 36F of the Proceeds of Crime Act 1997, makes the following Order:

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Proceeds of Crime (Designation of Enforcement Authority) Order 2025.

Designation of Enforcement Authority

2 The Attorney-General’s Chambers is designated as the enforcement authority for the civil recovery of the proceeds and property of unlawful conduct.
