RENT INCREASES (SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTIONS) ORDER 1975

[made under section 3(4) of the Rent Increases (Domestic Premises) Control Act 1971 [title 29 item 3] and brought into operation on 5 April 1975]

Act not to apply to premises of scientific research institutions The Rent Increases (Domestic Premises) Control Act 1971 [title

29 item 3] shall not apply henceforward to a tenancy of premises owned by an institution of scientific research (being a non-profit organization) and used by such institution for the housing of personnel engaged in research or teaching activities.
