REVENUE (APPOINTMENT OF CUSTOMS AREA) (AIRPORT) NOTICE 2015

The Collector of Customs, in exercise of the power conferred by section 36(1) of the Revenue Act 1898, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Revenue (Appointment of Customs Area) (Airport) Notice 2015.

2. Appointment of Airport Customs Area

(1) The airport in St George’s Parish known as the LF Wade International Airport and shown outlined in red in the plan in the Schedule is appointed to be a customs area.

(2) The original of the plan (Drawing Reference # 5510/025/28) is available for inspection during office hours at the Hamilton Customs House.

3. Revocation

(1) The Customs Area (Bermuda Air Terminal) Order 1952 (GN 378/1952) is revoked.

(2) Schedule (2) of the Appointment of Customs Areas Notice (GN 146/1989) is revoked.
