REVENUE (APPOINTMENT OF CUSTOMS AREA) (FAST FORWARD FREIGHT LTD.) NOTICE 2019

The Collector of Customs, in exercise of the power conferred by section 36(1) of the Revenue Act 1898, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Revenue (Appointment of Customs Area) (Fast Forward Freight Ltd.) Notice 2019.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice— “customs area” has the same meaning as in section 2 of the Revenue Act 1898.

Appointment of customs area

3 The Fast Forward Freight Ltd. premises at 7 Jubilee Road in Devonshire are hereby appointed to be a customs area.

Original plan of customs area available for inspection

4 The original of the plan (Customs Area Plan Reference No. P_L1241_FFF) is available for inspection during office hours at the Hamilton Custom House with the approval of the Collector of Customs.
