REVENUE (APPOINTMENT OF CUSTOMS AREA) (FEDERAL EXPRESS (BERMUDA) LIMITED) NOTICE 2017

The Collector of Customs, in exercise of the power conferred by section 36(1) of the Revenue Act 1898, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Revenue (Appointment of Customs Area) (Federal Express (Bermuda) Limited) Notice 2017.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice— “customs area” has the same meaning as in section 2 of the Revenue Act 1898.

Appointment of customs area

3 The Federal Express (Bermuda) Limited premises at 3 Mill Creek Road in Pembroke is hereby appointed to be a customs area.

Original plan of customs area available for inspection

4 The original of the plan (Drawing Reference No. 08 041) is available for inspection during office hours at the Hamilton Customs House with the approval of the Collector of Customs.
