REVENUE (APPOINTMENT OF CUSTOMS AREA) (HAMILTON YACHT REPORTING CENTRE) NOTICE 2016

The Collector of Customs, in exercise of the power conferred by section 36(1) of the Revenue Act 1898, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Revenue (Appointment of Customs Area) (Hamilton Yacht Reporting Centre) Notice 2016.

2. Appointment of customs area

(1) The Hamilton Yacht Reporting Centre at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess Marina, 76 Pitt’s Bay Road, Pembroke together with the waters of Hamilton Harbour, is hereby appointed a customs area.

(2) The Centre and waters of the harbour, referred to in subparagraph (1), are outlined in red in the plan set out in the Schedule.

Original plan of customs area available for inspection

3 The original of the plan referred to in paragraph (2), (Drawing Reference No. 5510/025/29), is available for inspection during office hours at the Hamilton Customs House.
