The Collector of Customs, in exercise of the power conferred by section 36(1) of the Revenue Act 1898, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Revenue (Appointment of Customs Area) (International Bonded Couriers of Bermuda Ltd.) Notice 2022.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice, “customs area” has the meaning given in section 2 of the Revenue Act 1898.

Appointment of customs area

3 The premises of International Bonded Couriers of Bermuda Ltd. at 5 Canal Road, Pembroke is hereby appointed as a customs area.
