REVENUE (APPOINTMENT OF CUSTOMS AREA) (POST OFFICE) NOTICE 2021

The Collector of Customs, in exercise of the power conferred by section 36(1) of the Revenue Act 1898, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Revenue (Appointment of Customs Area) (Post Office) Notice 2021.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice — “customs area” has the same meaning as in section 2 of the Revenue Act 1898.

Appointment of customs areas

3 Each of the following Post Office premises is hereby appointed as a customs area—

(a) General Post Office, 56 Church Street, Hamilton, Pembroke;

(b) Crawl Post Office, 42 Radnor Road, Hamilton Parish;

(c) Devonshire Post Office, 2 Orange Valley Road, Devonshire;

(d) Flatts Post Office, 65 Middle Road, Smiths;

(e) Mangrove Bay Post Office, 55 Mangrove Bay Road, Sandys;

(f) Perot Post Office, 11 Queen Street, Hamilton, Pembroke;

(g) St. George’s Post Office, 11 Water Street, St. George’s;

(h) Southampton Post Office, 2 Church Road, Southampton;

REVENUE (APPOINTMENT OF CUSTOMS AREA) (POST OFFICE) NOTICE 2021

(i) Warwick Post Office, 70 Middle Road, Warwick.

Commencement

4 This Notice shall take effect on 1 June 2021.
