REVENUE (APPOINTMENT OF CUSTOMS AREA) (THE CUSTOM HOUSE) NOTICE 2023

The Collector of Customs, in exercise of the power conferred by section 36(1) of the Revenue Act 1898, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Revenue (Appointment of Customs Area) (The Custom House) Notice 2023.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice, “customs area” has the meaning given in section 2 of the Revenue Act 1898.

Appointment of customs area

3 The premises of the Department of Customs, at The Custom House, 131 Front Street, Hamilton is hereby appointed as a customs area.
