REVENUE (DESIGNATED YACHT REPORTING CENTRES) NOTICE 2014

The Collector of Customs, in exercise of the power conferred by section 4(5) of the Revenue Act 1898, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Revenue (Designated Yacht Reporting Centres) Notice 2014.

Designated yacht reporting centres: general

2 The following places are each hereby designated as a yacht reporting centre for pleasure craft—

(a) St. George’s Yacht Reporting Centre at 3 Ordnance Island, St. George’s;

(b) Hamilton Yacht Reporting Centre at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess Marina, 76 Pitt’s Bay Road, Pembroke, for pleasure craft berthing or mooring at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess Marina;

(c) Morgan’s Point, 8 Caroline Bay Road, Sandys. [Paragraph 2 subparagraph (c) inserted by BR 21 / 2017 para. 2 effective 28 March 2017]

Designated yacht reporting centres: class

3 The places specified in column 1 of the Schedule are each hereby designated as a yacht reporting centre with respect to the class of pleasure craft specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
