APPOINTED STOCK EXCHANGE

[made under section 25(1) of the Companies Act 1981 [title 17 item 5] and brought into operation on 14 February 1992]

The Minister of Finance in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 25(1) of the Companies Act 1981 hereby appoints "the Irish Stock Exchange" to be a stock exchange to approve the offering of shares or debentures to the public companies [sic].
