ROAD TRAFFIC (APPROVED INSTRUMENT) ORDER 2008 The Minister responsible for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred in the definition of “approved instrument” under section 1 of the Road Traffic Act 1947, makes the following Order:
Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Approved Instrument) Order 2008.
Approved instrument
2 The DataMaster DMT, an instrument designed to receive and make analysis of a sample of the breath of a person in order to measure the proportion of alcohol in the blood of that person, is approved as an “approved instrument” for the purposes of the Road Traffic Act 1947.
