ROAD TRAFFIC (USE OF TRACKED VEHICLES) ORDER 1960

[made under section 4 of the Road Traffic Act 1947 [title 21 item 3] and brought into operation on 21 May 1960]

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Use of Tracked Vehicles) Order 1960

Restriction on use outside municipal areas

2 No person shall use on a highway or estate road outside a municipal area a tracked vehicle of any type whatsoever, except under a permit issued by the Minister of Transport and subject to such conditions as to time and place as may be specified in such permit.
