The Minister responsible for probation services, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 68(9)(a) of the Criminal Code, gives the following Notice:

1 This Notice may be cited as the Approved Drug Treatment Programmes Notice 2001.

Approved Drug Treatment Programmes

2 The following programmes operated by the agencies specified are approved drug treatment programmes for the purposes of section 68(9) of the Criminal Code: Camp Spirit operated by FOCUS Counselling Services; Fair Havens Residential Treatment Programme operated by Fair Havens Christian Care Association; Harbour Light operated by Salvation Army Harbour Light; Turning Point Day Programme, Evening Programme and Detoxification Programme, operated by Turning Point; Driving Under the Influence Programme operated by Bermuda Professional Counselling Services.
