BERMUDA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT

ST. GEORGE'S BUILDING ORDINANCE 1926

[made under section 38 of the Municipalities Act 1923 [title 4 item 1] and brought into operation on 29 March 1926]

Citation

1 This Ordinance may be cited as the St. George's Building Ordinance 1926.

Approval of building plans

2 No building shall be constructed in the Town of St. George, and no building shall be remodelled in any way affecting the exterior walls or roof, unless and until the plans of such building have been approved by the Corporation of St. George's.
