2 The management of all the sheds erected upon the wharves owned or controlled by the Corporation of St. George's shall, subject to the provisions of any other Ordinance with respect thereto, be entrusted to the Secretary of the Corporation, whose decision on any question referred to him shall be binding on all parties concerned, subject, however, to the right of appeal to the Corporation by any person who may consider himself aggrieved by any decision of the Secretary, in which case the decision of the Corporation shall be final.
3. Reservation of sheds
(1) Such sheds may be reserved wholly or partially and enclosed by the Corporation for any special purpose for such time as the Corporation may see fit.

(2) Any unauthorized person who enters the enclosed portion of any such shed while the same is reserved and enclosed as aforesaid commits an offence against this Ordinance.
4. Restriction on entry; customs enclosure
(1) Whenever the number of passengers arriving in any ship renders it desirable, in the opinion of the Collector of Customs, that space should be provided under any of the sheds for the examination and delivery of passengers' baggage, the Secretary of the Corporation may, on the request of the Collector of Customs, appropriate and set apart for such purpose such part of any one of the sheds as can be conveniently appropriated for such purpose, and such part may be temporarily enclosed by the Customs Authorities in such manner as the Secretary may approve.
(2) During the examination and delivery of passengers' baggage from such enclosure, no person except the Secretary, police officers on duty, customs officers, passengers, persons necessarily employed in the landing of mails and baggage, and persons in the possession of a pass signed by the Mayor of St. George's, shall enter or remain in such enclosure.
(3) It shall be the duty of police officers on duty in or about such enclosure—
(a) to prevent persons from entering such enclosure or remaining therein contrary to the foregoing provisions of this article; and
(b) to eject from such enclosure any person who, not being authorized to remain therein, refuses to leave the enclosure on being required to do so by the Secretary or by any such police officer.
(4) Any such shed or approach thereto may be reserved by order of the Secretary wholly or partially so as to afford access or egress from any shed to passengers embarking or disembarking at a wharf contiguous to such shed.
Exclusion from sheds
5 Whenever freight from or for any ship is stored under any shed, no person except the Secretary of the Corporation, police officers on duty, customs officers, persons employed in the landing or delivery of such freight and persons in the possession of a pass signed by the Mayor of St. George's, shall enter or remain under such shed.
Restriction on inflammable; explosive; hazardous materials
6 No dangerous commodity within the meaning of the Municipalities Act 1923 [title 4 item 1], other than kerosene oil in cases, shall be placed or allowed to remain under any such shed.
