TAX REFORM COMMISSION (EXTENSION AND OPERATION) ORDER 2025

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by section 3(4) of the Tax Reform Commission Act 2017, makes the following Order:

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Tax Reform Commission (Extension and Operation) Order 2025.

Extension of Tax Reform Commission existence and operation

2 The Tax Reform Commission established under the Tax Reform Commission Act

2017 (the “principal Act”) shall continue in existence and continue to carry out the functions and exercise the powers provided by the principal Act until 30 September 2025.
