TEMPORARY LOANS (REPEAL) ACT 2015

WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Temporary Loans Act 1973; Be it enacted by The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Assembly of Bermuda, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Citation

1 This Act may be cited as the Temporary Loans (Repeal) Act 2015.

2. Repeal of the Temporary Loans Act 1973

(1) The Temporary Loans Act 1973 is repealed.

(2) In consequence of that repeal, section 12(3)(c) of the Government Loans Act

1978 is repealed.

Commencement

3 This Act comes into operation on 1 April 2015.
