WEST END DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (BOAZ ISLAND NURSERY SCHOOL) DESIGNATION ORDER 1989

The Minister of Works and Engineering, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by subsection (2) of section 19 of the West End Development Corporation Act 1982, hereby makes the following Order:-

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the West End Development Corporation (Boaz Island Nursery School) Designation Order 1989.

Designation of land

2 The parcel of land referred to as Boaz Island Nursery School, and described as excepted parcel No. 2, in paragraph 4 of, and the Schedule to, the West End Development Corporation Designation of Land Order 1983 is designated as designated land.

Commencement

3 This Order shall come into force on the 3rd day of March 1989.

Made this 24th day of February 1989.
