The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 19(2) of the West End Development Corporation Act 1982, makes the following Order⎯
Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the West End Development Corporation (Casemate Barracks and Land Front) Designation Order
2006.
Interpretation
2 The parcel of land referred to as Casemate Barracks and Land Front being the area edged in red on the attached map is designated as part of the scheduled area. [Map omitted by virtue of 1989:64 s.4(6)]
