1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Businesses - CPC 4229) Temporary Notice 2026. Interpretation

2 In this Notice— “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970; “qualifying goods” means sugar (brown, granulated, icing, sprinkles, rock sugar) and chocolate (milk, dark, white, drops, chips, powdered cocoa). 3 Take Five Ltd. is an approved business under CPC 4229 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970 with respect to the qualifying goods. Expiration
