2 In this Notice— “customs area” has the meaning given in section 2 of the Revenue Act 1898. Appointment and description of customs area

(1) The area labelled as ‘M’ in the Schedule to this Notice, to be known as the SailGP Technical Site, situated at Constitution Road, Morgan’s Point in the parish of Southampton, is hereby appointed as a customs area for the duration of this Notice.

(2) The original of the plan of the subject land, drawing reference no. 3772, is available for inspection during office hours at the City of Hamilton Customs House, subject to the approval of the Collector of Customs. Commencement and duration
