QUOFATAFERUNT BERMUDA HEALTH INSURANCE (MUTUAL RE-INSURANCE FUND) (PRESCRIBED SUM) ORDER 2026 BR 25 / 2026 The Minister responsible for health, in exercise of the power conferred by section 3A(2A) of the Health Insurance Act 1970, makes the following Order: Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Health Insurance (Mutual Re-Insurance Fund) (Prescribed Sum) Order 2026. Prescribed sum

2 In respect of each insured person, there shall be paid out of the Mutual Re- Insurance Fund to—

(a) the Bermuda Health Council, the sum of $5.36;

(b) the Bermuda Hospitals Board, the sum of $331.58;

(c) the Health Insurance Fund, the sum of $79.27. Revokes BR32/2014

4 The Health Insurance (Mutual Re-Insurance Fund) (Prescribed Sum) Order 2014 is revoked. Commencement
