QUOFATAFERUNT BERMUDA HEALTH INSURANCE (STANDARD HEALTH BENEFIT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2026 BR 24 / 2026 The Minister responsible for health, acting on the recommendation of the Council, in exercise of the power conferred by section 40 of the Health Insurance Act 1970, makes the following Regulations: Citation

1 These Regulations, which amend the Health Insurance (Standard Health Benefit) Regulations 1971, may be cited as the Health Insurance (Standard Health Benefit) Amendment Regulations 2026. Amends regulation 9

2 Regulation 9 of the Health Insurance (Standard Health Benefit) Regulations 1971 is amended by deleting the words “$400.31 a month (or $92.38 a week where paid weekly) of which $376.97 a month (or $86.99 a week)” and substituting “$439.55 a month (or $101.43 a week where paid weekly) of which $416.21 a month (or $96.05 a week)”.
